Other geographic zones will be added soon : Africa, Asia (India and Pakistan, ...) and America.

At this time, due to the Brexit context, we do not ship to United Kingdom (UK).

Delivery time

All orders are processed within 1 to 2 business days after receiving your order confirmation email.

Order tracking

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive an email from us which will include a tracking number that you can use to follow the progress of your package in live and real time.

Wholesale orders

For all orders of large quantities, the shipping costs will be calculated according to the weight of the package during the ordering process.



Refunds & returns

We accept returns up to 7 days after delivery, if the item is unused and in its original condition. We will refund the full order amount minus the handling and shipping charges.

In the event that your order arrives damaged in any way, please contact us as soon as possible with your order number and a photo of the item’s condition. We address these on a case-by-case basis but will try our best to work towards a satisfactory solution.
