These Terms and Conditions (referred to as "Terms" or "Conditions") contains very important information regarding your rights and obligations, as well as conditions, limitations and exclusions.
{1} Acceptance of Terms
1.1 These Terms apply to the purchase of products and services through oriental-collection.com (referred to as "Oriental Collection", "us", "we", "our" or "Website" as the context may require).
1.2 By accessing or using any part of our Website, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. "You" and "your" refers to any individual, company or other legal entity accessing or using our Website.
1.3 By placing an order for products from our Website, you affirm that you are of legal age to enter into this agreement, and you accept and are bound by these Terms and Conditions. You affirm that if you place an order on behalf of an organization or company, you have the legal authority to bind any such organization or company to these Terms and Conditions.
1.4 You may not order or obtain products or services from our Website if you :

- are not at least the age of majority in your state or province of residence or
- are not at least the legal age to purchase or form a binding contract in your state or province of residence or

{2} Access to our Website and external links
2.1 Oriental Collection does not guarantee that the Website, or any content on it, will always be available or access to it will be uninterrupted. Access to the Website is permitted on a temporary basis. We may suspend, withdraw, discontinue or change all or any part of the Website without notice. We will not be liable to you if for any reason the Website is unavailable at any time or for any period.
2.2 You are also responsible for ensuring that any persons with access to the Website through your internet connection are aware of these Terms, and that they comply with them.
2.3 Certain hypertext links contained in this Website will direct you to other websites which are not under the control of Oriental Collection. Oriental Collection accepts no liability or responsibility whatsoever for any other websites which may be accessed through our Website.
{3} Order acceptance and cancellation
3.1 You agree that your order is an offer to buy, under these Terms, all products listed in your order. All orders must be accepted manually by us and we will not be obligated to sell the products or services to you. We reserve the right to refuse any order you place with us. We may choose not to accept orders at our sole discretion, even after we send you a confirmation email with your order number and details of the items you have ordered.
3.2 Some of our products may have limited quantities and are subject to availability. We reserve the right to cancel any order in case of temporary or definitive unavailability of a product.
3.3 We reserve the right to limit the quantities of any products that we offer. We may, in our sole discretion, limit or cancel quantities purchased per person, per household or per order. These restrictions may include orders placed by or under the same customer account, the same credit card, and/or orders that use the same billing and/or shipping address.
3.4 In the event that we make a change to or cancel an order, we may attempt to notify you by contacting the e-mail and/or billing address/phone number provided at the time the order was made.
3.5 We reserve the right to limit the sales of our products to any person, geographic region or jurisdiction. We may exercise this right on a case-by-case basis.
3.6 We reserve the right to discontinue any product at any time.
3.7 Any offer for any product or service made on this Website is void where prohibited.
{4} Prices
4.1 All prices, discounts, and promotions posted on this Website are subject to change without notice. The price charged for a product including fulfilment services will be the price in effect at the time the order is placed and will be set out in your order confirmation email. Price increases will only apply to orders placed after such changes.
4.2 Posted prices do not include taxes or charges for shipping and handling. All such taxes and charges will be added to your merchandise total and will be itemized in your shopping cart and in your order confirmation email.
4.3 We strive to display accurate price information, however we may, on occasion, make inadvertent typographical errors, inaccuracies or omissions related to pricing and availability. We reserve the right to correct any errors, inaccuracies, or omissions at any time and to cancel any orders arising from such occurrences.
4.4 We reserve the right at any time to modify or discontinue the service (or any part or content thereof) without notice at any time. We shall not be liable to you or to any third-party for any modification, price change, suspension or discontinuance of the service.
{5} Payment
5.1 Payment must be received by us before our acceptance of an order.
5.2 We accept debit and credit cards (referred to as "credit card").
5.3 You represent and warrant that :
- the credit card information you supply to us is true, correct and complete,
- you are duly authorized to use such credit card for the purchase,
- charges incurred by you will be honored by your credit card company and
- you will pay charges incurred by you at the posted prices and all applicable taxes, if any, regardless of the amount quoted on the Website at the time of your order.
5.4 Your security is important to us : credit card information is always encrypted during transfer over networks.
5.5 We do not store your credit card information. Online payments are passed via a secure socket layer to a payment processor where your information is tokenized (whereby a random number is generated to represent your payment). The payment processor is PCI compliant which ensures that your information is being handled in accordance with payment card industry security standards.
5.6 We accept different currencies for payment. In the event of significant changes in exchange rates, we reserve the right to adjust the conversion rates applied to the prices of our products and services.
5.7 We could accept, at our sole discretion, other means of payment (such as bank transfer, Western Union, MoneyGram, ...)
{6} Shipment and delivery
6.1 You will pay all shipping and handling charges specified during the ordering process. Shipping and handling charges are reimbursement for the costs we incur in the processing, handling, packing, shipping, and delivery of your order.
6.2 Sometimes, if you reach a specific purchase amount, we bear the cost of shipping and handling charges at our expense. It is what we call "offered shipping". Bearing at our expense the cost of shipping and handling charges does not mean "free shipping" : it only means that we offer you these shipping and handling charges provided that you do not cancel your order or ask for a refund. If you cancel your order or ask for a refund, you accept to fully reimburse shipping and handling charges : these charges will be deducted to your amount of refund (see clause {7.8} for more details).
6.3 You agree to provide us current, complete and accurate address so that we can ship correctly your products. It is highly recommended to add your mobile phone number to be contacted by the shipping carrier before delivery. We are not liable for any error or inaccuracy in the address your entered that may involve loss of products or non-delivery.
6.4 Shipping and delivery dates are estimates only and cannot be guaranteed. We are not liable for any delays in shipments and deliveries.
6.5 To follow your shipment, we will provide a tracking link. This link will give you access to third-party tools. We neither monitor nor have any control nor input these tools. You acknowledge and agree that we provide access to such tools ”as is” and “as available” without any warranties, representations or conditions of any kind and without any endorsement. We shall have no liability whatsoever arising from or relating to your use of optional third-party tools. Any use by you of the optional tools offered is entirely at your own risk and discretion and you should ensure that you are familiar with and approve of the terms on which tools are provided by the relevant third-party provider(s).
6.6 Delivery terms depend on the delivery method chosen at the time of the order :
- For home delivery: A physical presence is required for hand-to-hand delivery. To organize this, the carrier will contact you on your mobile phone number before the estimated delivery date (if you have entered your mobile phone number). This communication will provide you, as well as the delivery person, with useful information regarding the delivery (estimated delivery time, access to your building, etc.). For home delivery: in case of absence at the time of the carrier’s visit, a new attempt may be made according to the carrier’s own procedures. After two unsuccessful delivery attempts (absence, unavailability, incomplete or incorrect access information, etc.), the package will be automatically returned to us. In this case, our liability cannot be engaged. A flat fee of 10€ (or the equivalent in the currency used for payment) will be deducted from the refund to cover the logistical costs incurred due to the failed delivery and return of the package, in addition to any other applicable deductions.
- For delivery to a pickup point or automatic Locker: You are required to collect your package within the timeframe indicated by the carrier and, if no timeframe is specified, within a maximum of 5 calendar days following its availability at the pickup point. The availability of the package at the pickup point or in the automatic locker, as confirmed by the carrier’s tracking, constitutes the date of availability. After this maximum 5-day period, the carrier will automatically return the package to us. In this case, our liability cannot be engaged. A flat fee of 5€ (or the equivalent in the currency used for payment) will be deducted from the refund to cover the logistical costs incurred due to non-collection of the package and its return, in addition to any other applicable deductions.
6.7 We are not responsible if, for personal reasons, you cannot attend the delivery or collect the package within the prescribed timeframe. If, for personal reasons, you opt for a delivery without hand-to-hand delivery (mailbox, drop-off at the door, delivery to a neighbor, concierge, etc.) or if you voluntarily provide a third party with the information allowing the collection of a package at a pickup point or automatic locker (including the collection code, QR code, a proxy, etc.), you acknowledge that this choice is made under your sole responsibility and that no compensation may be claimed in this respect. You acknowledge that the delivery notice, deposit confirmation, or notification contained in the tracking link provided constitutes proof of delivery and releases us from any contractual liability regarding the delivery. We shall not be held responsible for any loss, theft, misappropriation, or dispute occurring after such delivery, including when collection is made by a relative.
{7} Return policy, exchanges, refunds and credit slips
7.1 Except for any products designated on our Website as discounted, final sale or non-returnable, we will accept a return of the products provided :
- such return is requested within 7 days of shipment with valid proof of purchase
- and such products are returned in their original condition : uncut seals, unopened packaging and unused items.
7.2 Due to hygiene reasons, we are unable to accept the return of clothes when removed from their original packaging. There is no exchange accepted, for any reason.

Enter your email address in the dedicated field. Then enter the product(s) you want to return us and provide your order number. Finally, click on the button 'Send'. You will receive an automatic confirmation email. If you do not get an email of confirmation, check your spam folder.
7.4 We will contact you back within 2 business days after you submitted your request. If your return request meets the requirements (mentioned above) then we will communicate to you the address for returning your products.
7.5 You must not return products if :
- we have not confirmed the validity of your request
- we have not communicated to you the address for returning your products
These confirmations will be sent to you by email only.
7.6 For any return, you will have to support :
- the cost of the return shipment,
- the cost of taxes and customs related to the shipment,
- the risk of loss during the return shipment (it is strongly recommended to insure your shipment)
Please check carefully if taxes and/or customs fees are due for the shipment of your package. If you do not support these costs, we may not be able to receive your products or we will have to deduct these costs from your refund.
7.7 For any return, you must :
- use exclusively one of these 5 reliable international shipping carriers : UPS, DHL, FEDEX, GLS or DPD.
- opt for a proof of delivery ("Signature required" or "Signature for receipt" option depending on the carrier)
If UPS, DHL, FEDEX, GLS or DPD are not available in your country of residence, please contact us to define which alternative shipping carrier should be used.
7.8 If we receive your products correctly, we will proceed to the refund as follow :
- only the purchase price of the products is refundable,
- shipping charges are not refundable. If shipping charges were offered, we will deduct these charges to your refund,
- we will deduct 5€ for processing/handling charge (or the equivalent in the currency used for the payment)
See the two examples below for a concrete application.
- Example 1 :
You have bought 1 item 30€ and paid 10€ for shipping. So you have paid a total of 40€.
If you ask for a refund : We will refund 25€ (30€ of products - 5€ of processing/handling charge).
- Example 2 :
You have bought 1 item 75€ and had shipping charge offered (value : 10€). So you have paid a total of 75€.
If you ask for a refund : We will refund 60€ (75€ of products - 10€ of shipping charge reimbursement - 5€ of processing/handling charge).
7.9 Refunds are processed within approximately 7 business days of our receipt of your products. Your refund will be credited back to the same payment method used to make the original purchase on our Website.
7.10 If you are not completely satisfied but do not wish to return your products (for example: some of our customers prefer to resell the products on second-hand clothes websites or apps such as Vinted or similar), you can contact us to obtain a credit slip. Your satisfaction remains our priority and we would be happy to find a solution and a fair compensation for you.
{8} Accuracy of information
8.1 Oriental Collection takes every care and precaution to ensure that information published on this Website is accurate when posted and regularly updated, but we cannot guarantee its accuracy and may change the information at any time without notice.
8.2 Whilst Oriental Collection uses reasonable endeavors to ensure that the contents of this Website are accurate and up to date, it does not accept any liability for any information which may not be accurate. Oriental-Collection reserves the right to change data, references and product specifications at any time.
8.3 Occasionally there may be information on our Website or in the Service that contains typographical errors, inaccuracies or omissions that may relate to product descriptions, pricing, promotions, offers, product shipping charges, transit times and availability. {16} Governing Law and Jurisdiction
16.1 All matters arising out of or relating to these Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the internal laws of United Arab Emirates (UAE) without giving effect to any choice or conflict of law provision or rule that would cause the application of the laws of any jurisdiction other than those of UAE.
16.2 These Terms and any separate agreements whereby we provide you services shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of United Arab Emirates.
16.3 These Terms do not and are not intended to confer any rights or remedies upon any person other than you.
16.4 The failure by us to enforce any right or provision of these Terms will not constitute a waiver of future enforcement of that right or provision. The waiver of any right or provision will be effective only if in writing and signed by a duly authorized representative of Oriental Collection.
16.5 Any ambiguities in the interpretation of these Terms shall not be construed against the drafting party.
16.6 These Terms require the use of arbitration on an individual basis to resolve disputes, rather than jury trials or class actions. You agree to an arbitration on an individual basis in any dispute.
16.7 These Conditions of are governed by the laws of United Arab Emirates (UAE) and you agree that UAE courts shall have exclusive jurisdiction in any dispute.
16.8 In case of dispute only the English language can be legally used.
{17} Termination
17.1 If in our sole judgment you fail, or we suspect that you have failed, to comply with any term or provision of these Terms and Conditions, we also may terminate this agreement at any time without notice and you will remain liable for all amounts due up to and including the date of termination and/or accordingly may deny you access to our services (or any part thereof).
